I'd first like to thank
you for a great experience when I took my CBT. I couldn't have been made
more comfortable and it's given me the confidence to continue on to
full licence. In doing so, I appear to have stirred the midlife crisis
in my dad.

I thought it appropriate to write to you and let you know how much I appreciate your training school and system.
You
have a great facility and are lucky to have extensive off-road riding
space plus varied typical roads just outside your training facility
gates, but it’s your instructors that impress. Your school attitude is
friendly and fun whilst at the same time getting the serious message of
basic road safety over.
My son recently passed his CBT with you. Being
new to motorcycles and riding my son had various difficulties with
co-ordinating operating a 125cc motorbike with actually using the road
(e.g. what he should be doing and when at junctions and roundabouts).
You provided additional training, on an automatic scooter, to separate
and solve the problems bit by bit, before putting him back on the geared
motorbike. A simple, effective and successful solution.
Being
an active member of the IAM and a passionate lifelong biker, I
appreciate the job you do to get it right from day #1, keep up the great
work.
I plan on having
my son attend further training from your team, after he’s got a few
miles under his wheels, in order to get rid of his L plates.
I do not hesitate to recommend your company, Kickstart, to others for CBT or bike test training.

This was the 3rd time I took (and passed) the CBT and taking it through
Kick Start was the most fun. They give a very personable service and
worked around my schedule, which was quite awkward at the time. Gary
made me feel very comfortable and adapted the session to my previous
biking experience. Many thanks! I look forward to going for my full
license with you in the near future.

My husband did the direct access course with Gary and about 6 weeks
later I did the direct access course too. Gary’s relaxed way of
teaching made the course great fun whilst still getting the important
points across about staying safe when riding a motorcycle. The other
instructors were really helpful too and gave us both lots of good
advice.

anybody thinking of doing the CBT or direct access course.

for that day of riding I found you to be professional and amusing, I
